Medical Benefits of Amoxycillin + Clavulanic Acid  Dry Syrup

Usually, the causative bacteria of multidrug-resistant (MDR) tuberculosis, produce an enzyme called beta-lactamase. This enzyme breaks down the antibiotics and makes them ineffective. Consequently, the bacteria become resistant to the antibiotic being used for treatment.  Amoxycillin + Clavulanic Acid Dry Syrup is composed of two active ingredients, amoxycillin, and clavulanic acid. While clavulanic acid inhibits the enzyme from making Amoxycillin ineffective, Amoxycillin works towards killing the tuberculosis-causing bacteria.
