Cyproheptadine+Tricholine Citrate is indicated for loss of appetite, weight loss, and anorexia nervosa (eating disorder). The combination medicine belongs to a group of medicines called Antihistamines and Bile acid-binding agents. The syrup is indicated for children to gain weight especially those who have an inadequate dietary intake or loss of appetite and who suffer from anemia, liver, or digestive disorder. The medicine is an excellent appetite enhancer mainly composed of Cyproheptadine hydrochloride which is an antihistamine/antiallergic and Tricholine citrate which is a bile acid binder.
