Oxymetazoline(YMETLO-P) nasal spray is used to relieve nasal discomfort caused by colds, allergies, and rose fever and it also helps to relieve sinus congestion and pressure. Oxymetazoline(YMETLO-P) nasal spray should not be used to treat children younger than 6 years of age unless it is recommended by a healthcare advisor. Children 6 to 12 years of age should use oxymetazoline(YMETLO-P) nasal spray carefully and under adult supervision. Oxymetazoline(YMETLO-P) is in a class of medications called nasal decongestants, It works by narrowing the blood vessels in the nasal passages.

Xylometazoline (YMETLO-P) is used in the treatment of nasal congestion. It treats congestion associated with sinus irritation, allergies, rose fever, and the common cold. Direction for Use

• Blow your nose gently, keep your head upright and insert the tip of the Xylometazoline Hydrochloride nasal Spray into one nostril then press your other nostril closed with your finger, then breathe in quickly and gently spray the medicine into your nose. 
• Use the spray in your other nostril.
• Do not blow your nose for at least a few minutes after using the Xylometazoline nasal spray.
• Do not use the Xylometazoline nasal spray more than 3 times per day (every 8 to 10 hours).
